Rikki Dee came from a family of entrepreneurs, and was a typical business minded person but his passion for food grew and was developed over the years. Rikki Dee’s dream was simple to be able to open a restaurant that offers delicious food in a very affordable price. Bringing in concepts from around the globe is what he does best, with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the restaurant and culinary field, Rikki Dee is restaurateur with a golden touch.
Having grown up in the kitchens of his family's food empire, Eric has been schooled by the backbone of the industry--their waiters, chefs, and staff. He is hungry to show that as a second-generation restaurateur, he has something unique to bring to the table. Eric Thomas Dee, studied International Business Management at Menlo College, Atherton, California. He is the COO of one of the top food and beverage group in the Philippines, Foodee Global Concepts. Brands like: MESA Filipino Moderne, Tim Ho Wan, The Food Hall, Pound, Foo’d by Davide Oldani, Bench Café, and a lot more are just some of the many brands that Foodee Global Concepts hold. FGC also holds the most number of Michelin rated brands including: Tsuta, Kam’s Roast and Hawker Chan.
